SHIPPING
Your order is shipped from Guwahati, Assam – in the Northeast of India
Standard Shipping with an estimated 2-4 weeks delivery time via our shipping partners.
SHIPPING UPGRADE: Please contact us if you prefer faster delivery.
All the estimated delivery time (EDT) depends on customs checking and Clearance and also transit time in each country. We are not in any way responsible for the delay due to this.
DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped from India to your ETSY ADDRESS with a tracking number. Please make sure that your address filed on Etsy is up to date. Please message me within 24 hours if you want to change the address.
Customs fees have to be borne by the buyer. You can request additional receipts/invoices for paperwork.

FAQ
- IF I PURCHASE MORE THAN 1 QUANTITY WILL THE FABRIC COME AS ONE CONTINUOUS PIECE?
Yes you will receive continues yardage, except for pre-cut fabric bundle.
- There maybe difference in color appearance due to lighting and screen setting. Please message me if you are unsure about the color.
REFUND
Full refund will ONLY be provided in the case of :
- lost of parcel
- receiving defective or wrong product
Please kindly send me a message before leaving a negative review in case your package is not arrived within stipulated time frame, lost parcel or you received a defective or wrong products. I'd be glad to replace your order or provide a full refund.
Care instructions
1. Handwash lightly with mild detergent. DO NOT soak and bleach.
2. Dry inside out in a shade.
3. Certain hand woven ikat and block printed textiles are prone to excess bleeding. Add 1 tsp of salt into 1 litre of water and soak the fabric for 10-20 minutes or so and rinse it well to set the color. Or use color catcher.
4. Always wash dark color separately.
5. Silk and Silk blend fabrics must be dry cleaned only.
6. Moderate shrinkage may be expected.
